j2bet Terms & Conditions

In these Terms, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the j2bet website and all associated services, products, and features available through j2bet.bio.
• "Account" means a registered player account on the j2bet Platform.
• "Player" means any natural person who has registered a valid Account on j2bet and uses the Platform.
• "Wallet" means the PKR balance associated with a Player's Account, from which bets are placed and to which winnings and withdrawals are credited.
• "Bet" means any wager placed by a Player using Wallet funds on any market offered by the j2bet sportsbook.
• "Game" means any casino, slot, live dealer, arcade, or fishing game accessible on the j2bet Platform.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free spins, cashback, or other incentive offered by j2bet to eligible Players.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process j2bet applies to all Players prior to processing withdrawals.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupees, the official currency of Pakistan and the sole transaction currency of the j2bet Platform.
• "Responsible Gaming Tools" means the suite of player-protection features available on j2bet, including deposit limits, session time alerts, loss limits, reality checks, and self-exclusion.

References to singular include plural and vice versa. Section headings are provided for navigational convenience only and do not limit the scope of any section. Any reference to "days" means calendar days unless otherwise stated.

To register a valid j2bet Account, you must:

1. Be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity) aged 21 years or above;
2. Provide accurate, complete, and truthful registration information including your full legal name, Pakistani mobile number, and date of birth;
3. Not be located in or be a national of any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law;
4. Not already hold an existing j2bet Account. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited;
5. Be registering the Account solely for your own personal use — the use of j2bet Accounts on behalf of third parties is not permitted;
6. Not be subject to any self-exclusion order or voluntary exclusion agreement with j2bet or any other gaming operator.

j2bet reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion without being required to provide a reason. Players are solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all information provided during registration and for updating their Account details when any information changes.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your j2bet Account login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. j2bet will never request your password via email, SMS, or any other channel. You must notify j2bet immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account.

Identity Verification (KYC). In compliance with our international gaming license requirements, j2bet is obligated to verify the identity of all Players. KYC verification is mandatory before any withdrawal from your Wallet can be processed. You will be required to submit:

• A clear photograph or scan of the front and back of your valid Pakistani CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card);
• A selfie or photograph confirming identity, as requested;
• Proof of ownership of any payment method used for deposits, if requested.

j2bet will process KYC documentation within a reasonable timeframe, typically within 24 hours during business operations. j2bet reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time, including when unusual account activity is detected or during routine compliance audits. Accounts that fail to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by j2bet may have their withdrawal access suspended.

4.1 Deposits. j2bet accepts deposits in PKR via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, USDT TRC-20, and standard bank transfer. Deposits are credited to your Wallet upon successful transaction confirmation. j2bet does not charge deposit fees, however your payment provider may apply their own charges. Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction.

4.2 Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following conditions:

• Your Account has completed KYC verification in full;
• There are no outstanding responsible gaming restrictions, self-exclusion orders, or fraud investigations affecting your Account;
• Any applicable bonus wagering requirements linked to deposited funds have been satisfied;
• The requested withdrawal amount meets the minimum withdrawal threshold applicable to your chosen payment method.

Standard withdrawal processing times via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are 5–30 minutes following approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days. j2bet reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests, which may extend processing times.

4.3 Currency & Conversion. All Platform transactions are conducted in PKR. j2bet does not apply currency conversion charges. USDT deposits are converted to PKR at the prevailing market rate at the time of transaction.

4.4 Player Funds Protection. Player funds held in j2bet Wallets are maintained in accounts segregated from j2bet's operational funds, in accordance with our international gaming license requirements. This segregation protects player funds in the unlikely event of j2bet ceasing operations.

5.1 Bet Acceptance. All bets placed on j2bet are subject to acceptance by the Company. j2bet reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to suspicion of fraudulent activity, match manipulation, or abnormal betting patterns.

5.2 Bet Settlement. Bets are settled in accordance with the applicable rules for each market type. Where results are disputed or subject to formal review by the relevant sporting authority, j2bet will suspend settlement pending the official outcome declaration. j2bet's settlement decision is final and binding on all Players.

5.3 Void Bets. j2bet reserves the right to void any bet in the following circumstances:

• The event to which the bet relates is abandoned, postponed, or materially altered and does not take place within the applicable settlement timeframe;
• The bet was placed at odds that were the result of a manifest error, including technical malfunction or human input error;
• The bet was placed in circumstances that constitute prohibited conduct as defined in Section 9 of these Terms;
• The Player placing the bet was subject to self-exclusion, account suspension, or any restriction at the time of placement.

5.4 Cricket Betting. Specific rules apply to cricket betting markets on j2bet, including PSL, Pakistan international fixtures, and global tournaments. In-play bets are subject to market suspension rules during breaks in play. Detailed cricket betting rules are available within the j2bet sportsbook interface.

5.5 Maximum Winnings. j2bet applies maximum single-event payout limits which vary by sport and market type. These limits are displayed within the relevant betting interface prior to bet placement. j2bet reserves the right to limit payouts to the applicable maximum regardless of the accumulated odds on any bet.

6.1 Fair Play Certification. All casino games, slot titles, and live dealer games available on the j2bet Platform are provided by internationally certified gaming studios. Random Number Generator (RNG) systems used in slot and table games are independently tested and certified by accredited third-party technical laboratories. Certified RTP (Return to Player) percentages are published for all slot titles.

6.2 Live Dealer Games. Live casino games are operated under certified studio conditions with multi-camera surveillance and independent monitoring. Card shoe integrity and shuffle procedures comply with the applicable international gaming studio certification standards. j2bet's live casino operates under the studio's published house rules, which are available within the game interface.

6.3 Disconnection Policy. In the event of a disconnection during a casino game round, j2bet's system will complete the round based on the Game state at the time of disconnection, in accordance with the applicable game rules. j2bet is not liable for losses incurred as a result of Internet connectivity issues on the Player's side.

6.4 Malfunction. In the event of a game malfunction that affects the outcome of a round, the affected round will be voided and stakes returned to the Player's Wallet. j2bet's determination of whether a malfunction has occurred is final.

7.1 General Bonus Terms. j2bet offers a range of promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and loyalty rewards. All promotions are subject to the specific terms stated at the time of offer and to the general provisions of this Section.

7.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonuses credited to a Player's Account are not withdrawable until the applicable wagering requirement has been met. The wagering requirement specifies the total amount that must be wagered using the bonus funds before a withdrawal can be requested. Wagering requirements are stated clearly in each promotion's individual terms.

7.3 Eligibility. Promotional offers are subject to eligibility criteria which may include Account verification status, deposit history, geographic location, and the absence of prior bonus abuse. j2bet reserves the right to determine Player eligibility at its sole discretion.

7.4 Bonus Expiry. Bonus funds and free spins credited to a Player's Account will expire if the applicable wagering requirement is not met within the timeframe specified in the promotion's terms. Expired bonus funds are forfeited without compensation.

7.5 Bonus Abuse. j2bet employs monitoring systems to detect patterns of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk betting strategies designed to clear wagering requirements with minimal variance, use of multiple Accounts, and coordinated play between Accounts. Any Player found to be engaging in bonus abuse may have their bonus removed, associated winnings forfeited, and Account suspended or closed.

8.1 Player Responsibility. Gambling on j2bet is for entertainment purposes only. Players are responsible for managing their own gambling behaviour. j2bet strongly recommends that all Players set personal deposit and loss limits and make use of the available Responsible Gaming Tools before commencing play.

8.2 Available Responsible Gaming Tools. j2bet provides the following tools, accessible from your Account settings at any time:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a cooling-off period.
• Session Time Alerts: Receive notifications when you have been logged in and active for a specified duration.
• Loss Limits: Set maximum net loss thresholds within a defined time period.
• Reality Checks: Regular pop-up notifications displaying your session duration and net position.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently close your Account. Self-exclusion periods range from 30 days to permanent closure. During self-exclusion, j2bet will make reasonable efforts to block access and suspend promotional communications to the excluded Player.

8.3 Problem Gambling. If you believe your gambling behaviour is causing harm — to yourself or others — please use the self-exclusion feature immediately and seek professional support. j2bet recommends reaching out to independent responsible gambling support organisations. Players who self-exclude should not attempt to open new Accounts or circumvent exclusion measures.

Players are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities on the j2bet Platform:

1. Registering more than one Account or registering using false or third-party identity information;
2. Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to place bets or interact with any Game on the Platform;
3. Engaging in or facilitating match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of sports manipulation in connection with bets placed on j2bet;
4. Colluding with other Players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any Game or market;
5. Exploiting software bugs, errors, or technical glitches to generate credits, bets, or winnings that would not arise under normal game operation;
6. Initiating fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes in connection with j2bet deposits;
7. Laundering money or using the j2bet Platform for any purpose related to financial crime;
8. Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where such access is unlawful without the use of circumvention tools, including VPNs, proxies, or similar services that mask true geographic location;
9. Sharing, selling, or otherwise transferring access to your j2bet Account to any third party.

Violation of any prohibition in this Section constitutes a material breach of these Terms. j2bet reserves the right to immediately suspend the Account, withhold and forfeit all associated funds, void all pending and recent bets, and take any further action it considers appropriate, including referral to law enforcement authorities.

All content, design, software, trademarks, trade names, logos, graphics, and other intellectual property on the j2bet Platform are the exclusive property of j2bet or its licensed content providers. Nothing in these Terms grants any Player a licence to use, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any j2bet intellectual property without prior written consent from the Company.

Players are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to access and use the Platform solely for their personal betting and gaming activities in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include any right to scrape, aggregate, republish, or commercially exploit any content, data, or odds information from the Platform.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, j2bet's total liability to any Player in connection with their use of the Platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player to their Account in the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

j2bet shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from a Player's use of the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of opportunity, or losses attributable to gambling outcomes. j2bet does not guarantee continuous or uninterrupted access to the Platform and shall not be liable for any losses arising from scheduled or unscheduled downtime, technical failures, or force majeure events.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. j2bet makes no warranty — express or implied — as to the fitness of the Platform for any particular purpose, the accuracy of odds or market data, or the uninterrupted availability of live casino streams. Use of the Platform is entirely at the Player's own risk.

j2bet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material, j2bet will provide Players with reasonable advance notice via the registered email address or via on-Platform notification. Notice of at least 7 days will be provided for material changes except where immediate amendment is required by applicable law, regulatory obligation, or urgent security concerns.

Continued use of the j2bet Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure and withdrawal of any remaining Wallet balance prior to the amendment's effective date.

13.1 Governing Law. These Terms and all disputes arising out of or in connection with your use of the j2bet Platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which j2bet holds its international gaming license. The application of any specific national law of Pakistan is expressly excluded to the extent permissible.

13.2 Dispute Resolution. In the event of any dispute between a Player and j2bet, the Player should first contact j2bet's customer support team via the official contact channel. j2bet will endeavour to resolve all disputes within 10 business days of receiving a written complaint. If the dispute is not resolved through this process, it may be referred to the dispute resolution mechanism provided under j2bet's applicable international gaming license.

13.3 Bet Dispute Process. Disputes relating to individual bet settlements must be raised with j2bet's support team within 7 calendar days of the disputed settlement. Claims raised after this period may not be accepted. j2bet's determination of bet settlement disputes is final and binding, subject only to the formal dispute resolution process described above.

These Terms & Conditions were last reviewed and updated on 1 January 2026. They supersede and replace all prior versions of j2bet's Terms & Conditions. By using the j2bet Platform, you confirm your agreement to this version of the Terms in full.
